BIKE: world carfree day is september 22

I've got one: The RRCA will sponsor a community bike ride to celebrate 
World Car-Free Day. Exact time and meeting place TBD. And I'm please to say 
that we have county police support. In fact, the county's only bicycle 
patrol unit will be (they promised) riding with us.

If you can bear the irony of driving on car-free day, consider supporting 
our efforts to promote awareness of and appreciation for sustainable 
mobility by riding with us.
