BIKE: world carfree day is september 22

September 22 is celebrated as an annual carfree day in many cities of
the world.  The European Union website 22september.org is reputed to
have some information.  Since there was no citizens' bike ride at the
Lance Armstrong party, maybe there should be one September 22, in honor
of World Carfree Day and the autumn equinox.  Any suggestions? --Amy
