BIKE: coupla observations

The recent price spike of the last few eeks has resulted in significantly higher prices for #2 diesel & #2 heating oil.  The earlier price spike resulted in a wide spread between gasoline & #2   refined oil.  This gap has recently narrowed.  Seasonal demand is probably part of the explanation.  Earlier refining bottlenecks probably also contributed to the wide gap between gasoline & #2.
