If you're riding in the Lance Armstrong Foundation Ride for the Roses, of
course
you'll take your sweetest road bike, but don't you think that your other
bikes may be
jealous? Cruising with 6 time TdF champ Lance Armstrong and his world
class guests is
every bikes dream, but face it, you can only ride one of your bikes at a
time. Well,
we can help. We have riders from all over the country who would love to
take your
 bike
along for the ride, and even pay for the privilege.
Seriously, our supply of bikes available for rental for Ride for the
Roses
 weekend
is almost depleted, and if you have an extra road/hybrid/skinny tire
mtn/commuter
 bike
that you could make available for out of town riders everybody will
benefit. We are
charging $60 per bike for the rental of these loaner bikes, with $20 of
that going to
you for the use of your bike, $20 going to the Lance Armstrong Foundation
and $20 to
cover our costs. We will cover the insurance liability and the customer
will be
responsible for any damages that may occur, so it's an easy $20 for you
and you'll be
helping out a great cause at the same time. If you'd like to make a bike
(or several)
available or if you have questions please contact: Michael Zakes at
Waterloo Cycles

help and
 for
  helping the LAF.

Last year we raised close to $500 doing this, and would like to do even better this year.

thanks,
Michael F Zakes, prop.
