hey Becky-
most bags are easy to add/remove, racks are not as easy, but not too difficult
once you do the initial installation. you'll need an Allen wrench to pop the bolts off
from the seat stays and the drop-out braze-ons, sometimes it's tricky bending the
struts back down to re-install on the seat stays, though. swing by if you need a hand
