BIKE: Food for thought? Bike Cops rolling through stop signs

Here's a little happy experience I had yesterday while being around campus 
picking up my mail.

I got to watch 3 bike cops riding down a sidewalk on MLK (umm, illegal?), 
only to then make a left turn and proceed for a block and then ALL THREE 
roll through a 3 way stop sign.

I guess by earlier arguments about withholding funding for ped projects 
because of cyclists not obeying traffic laws, we should now be withholding 
part of the police budget.  Thank god, maybe a little less $$ would go to 
corruption.

I think one of these days I'll take a day or two off of work and go sit 
around campus with a video camera and see how many times I can video tape 
bike cops (or heck, regular cops) breaking laws, and see if anyone besides 
me even cares...

*sigh*  Just had to rant.
