BIKE: Searching for 25+ bikes to rent

Kathleen's Mission:

What:  I'm looking for 25+ road or mountain bikes to rent (preferably road)

Why: I'm organizing a field trip in which ~40 people will visit the Veloway
and the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center on the Saturday of the National
Trails Symposium 2004
When(date):  on Saturday, October 23, 2004 (weekend of Ride for the Roses-
which seriously complicates my mission since most bike shops prioritize
loaning their bikes to Ride for... over a field trip to the Veloway)
Time/Duration:  ~12noon to 2:30pm  (2.5 hours, plus transporting bikes back
and forth- so probably all day)
Deadline:  No later than April 30th, I need to find one or more outfits that
can rent out a total of 25+ bikes on this October date
Why deadline so early:  I need to submit cost estimates to American Trails,
the organization that puts on the Symposium.  They print the brochures and
include field trip costs.

What the heck is the National Trails Symposium 2004?:
http://www.americantrails.org/Austin/default.html .  Apparently, hosting the
Trails Symposium is a plumb for Austin.  Kind of like hosting the Olympics.

Symposium.
