BIKE: Sidewalks and Bicycle Facilities

Andrew Wimsatt is, I believe, a TxDOT engineer in Fort Worth striving to 
show that TxDOT is actually a more green and progressive bureaucracy 
than they appear to be.  

In my own opinion, Andrew has his work cut out searching for evidence that 
TxDOT seriously favors alternatives to its roads and now toll roads -- 
despite what looks to me like a mountain of historical evidence and 
constitutional amendments leaning pretty consistantly in the other direction. 

But, hey, I been around the track a time or two, and I ain't never gonna shut 
up. 

So hang in there Andy! We sincerely need you for balance.  -- Roger
