Sorry, but this does not pass the "smell test."  According to WHICH American 
Governmet estimate?  I challenge you to provide a legitimate citation of the 
source of this information.

I have seen a lot of obviously bogus information on this list lately, and I 
am baffled as to why anyone thinks that exagarations and lies are the best way 
to further our cause
