BIKE: Jingle Bell Ride

I think it's a CYA type policy, in case someone gets hurt on a ride and goes after the
club. I'm sure Fred, Rob or other longtime ACA folks on the list have more info than I
do. btw, I did see a number of folks on the ride without helmets.
