BIKE: Jingle Bell Ride

at the risk of starting another helmet flame war, since the ride is being sponsored by
ACA , their insurance coverage requires riders on their rides to wear helmets. I'm
guessing the same holds true with any BSS sponsored ride as well. if this were a
non-sponsored ride, i.e. the Moonlight Cruise, there would be no helmet requirement.
the map is up on the ACA website if you want to do the same ride, but without the
police escort etc.
