BIKE: Bike parking at Tax Office

Hello Stephen,

Earlier this week I rode my bicycle to the (new location 5501 Airport Blvd. 
) Tax Office to pay my property taxes and noticed that there was no bike 
parking at the new location.

The guard inside the building let me bring my bike inside.  He kindly 
watched it for me while I paid my taxes.

I'm dropping you this note to let you know that some bike parking at the 
tax office would be much appreciated.  I'm sure the guard will get 
eventually get tired of watching bikes.
