Scott Perry said.</p><p>Poor lighting at the exit might have made it hard for the driver to see Mendez, who was dressed in a black jacket and black pants and was riding a black bicycle without lights, Perry said.</p><p>The driver stopped after the crash and cooperated with investigators, Perry said, and no charges are expected to be filed. The case, however, remains under investigation.</p><p>Anyone with information about Austin&#039;s 55th fatality of the year is asked to call 974-4742.</p></div></blockquote></div>]]></description>

Two lanes were closed as a result causing traffic congestion.</p><p>Austin Police have few details available on the accident that left the victim dead on the scene.
