			<description><![CDATA[<p>Howdy Y&#039;all, after thinking about the subject of critical mass for a while now (and many attempts). I think that it&#039;s time that this town starts doing a monthly freak bike party and ride. something awesome, not too crazy. with the right organization and promotion, we could have a lot of fun with this.
