			<description><![CDATA[<p>I like how they were arguing over which method of measurement gives a more accurate view... of bikes not causing cogestion.</p><p>I once saw one of those traffic counters set up just for the bike lane.&#160; I think it was a couple years ago in preparation for the Bluebonnet cycletrack.&#160; Maybe cities should set up these specific counters, too, so they can get a feel for increased throughput as a result of those much-maligned bikers not getting into traffic.</p>]]></description>
